The Courts are constitutionally superior to the County commissioners. Put another way, commissioners to not have authority over the courts, nor can we intervene.
- There are four Judges on the Court of Common Pleas. A Senior Judge is also available to hear cases with conflicts of interest for other counties.

The District Attorney is elected by the people.
Lebanon County Correctional Facility LCCF is under the commissioners who sit on the Prison Board along with the Sheriff, District Attorney, and Controller.
